About Kate

I am a kind and compassionate person. For about 4 years I lived with my aging mother. My mother was eventually placed at Autumnview nursing home and I lived across the street from there and my sisters and I would go to the nursing home each of us 3 to 4 times a week. I am a singer so I did a couple performances singing to the residence and I would just sing in my mom's room or wherever to entertain her I'm not the greatest cook, but if there's food there, I could put a meal together if the ingredients are there. I like to play cards and talking with the elderly. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, authentic and empathetic. I'm looking for a job that will allow to make a difference in an elderly persons life. I started caring for seniors when I Moved in with my Mom. In my spare time, I like to visit my new granddaughter, go to Karaoke, swim in pool at my apartment One thing you should know about me is that I am a responsible individual with life experiences.
