Hi, I'm Kate! I have 17+ years of experience caring for children and supporting families. I'm known for being calm, reliable, and engaging, and I focus on creating a safe, positive environment where kids feel comfortable and confident. I have a background in Developmental Psychology, which helps me support children's emotional and developmental needs in age-appropriate ways. I enjoy reading, crafts, outdoor play, simple science activities, and incorporating each child's interests into our day. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, trained in water safety, and experienced with multiples, including twins and triplets. I'm comfortable managing routines, transitions, and different ages while keeping things organized and smooth.
