About Kate

Hi! My name is Kate and I'm in my final year of occupational therapy school at Creighton! I plan to work in pediatric acute care after graduating and getting my license. Through my clinical rotations. I have worked with children in pediatric mental health, outpatient pediatrics with children who have ADHD, autism, developmental disabilities, and inpatient rehabilitation with children recovering from spinal injuries, traumatic brain injuries, pediatric cancer, and other complex medical conditions. I am calm, patient, and creative, and love engaging with kids through crafts, imaginative play, board games, and outdoor activities. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, comfortable caring for infants through teens, and happy to help with things like carpooling, light housework, and swimming supervision, I also speak conversational Spanish! My goal is to provide a safe, fun, and supportive environment where kids feel confident and cared for! I'd love to connect and learn more about your family!
