About Kate

Hello! My name is Kate and a current middle school science teacher. I am looking for an opportunity to provide childcare and/or school and homework assistance for a family in the Seattle area. I will be graduating June with my Masters in Education, and Secondary Math and Science teaching credentials. My undergraduate degree is in Biology, from Gonzaga University. I have been both babysitting and nannying for 7 years, and from the moment I started, I fell in love with working with children. Being surrounded by their energy and joy takes a special place in my heart, and I look forward to spending time with kids, if given the opportunity. Additionally, I was a childcare volunteer at the Childbirth and Parenting Assistance Center in Spokane, Washington all throughout the time that I attended Gonzaga. I am First-Aid and CPR certified. I would be willing to assist with meal prep, housekeeping, or any other necessary tasks.
