Hi! I am Kasia, 37. I've been a professional nanny for over 19 years now. I absolutely adore children! I love watching them exploring and discovering the world, I love helping them achieve their goals, I love seeing the world through their innocent eyes! I have an experience with kids 2 months old to 17 years old, also kids with special needs like Autism, ADHD. My favorite age group is 6 months to 4 years, but I have experience with all the age groups. I worked with families with different dynamics, parents who were hands on and ones who worked all day and I had to make decisions, schedule appointments, etc. parents working from home, first time parents. I've done it all and I am very flexible and respectful of the approach that parents are comfortable with. I also have an experience as a lead teacher at a day care for twos.
