About Kassidy

I obtained my Bachelors from the University of Arizona in nutritional sciences with a minor in biochemistry in May of 2020. Afterwards, I completed my masters in health administration from Grand Canyon University in August of 2022. I was an AVID tutor for both a middle school and high school for over 3 years. As an AVID Tutor, I was responsible for helping students gain a better understanding of their assignments and help them prepare for exams for any of their classes. Based on the methodologies of AVID programs, I focused on leading groups of students towards working through their problems to find the right answer rather than simply telling them the correct choice. This methodology is crucial in helping students learn the material and gain a greater understanding of why that is the answer. If selected as your child's tutor, I assure to help them learn the materials and be set up for success in their classes - just as I did with the classrooms of students in AVID.
