About Kassandra

Hi my name is Kassandra! I started my child care experience in junior year of high school where I attended a class called child guidance where I learned about a child's development on academic, emotions, and proper needs. After graduating I worked at daycares where I gained more knowledge and skills to respond in a healthy and productive way to each child since every child is different. Through out my 8 years of child care experience I've loved and appreciated every single child that came my way and I learned how to accommodate each of them and build different relationships to their needs and become a forever friend to them and their families. I am a very communicative person and love to always grow and see opportunities to become more knowledgeable in every situation. I've always responded to situations optimistically and pragmatically since I've worked in very high demand jobs before it helped guide me to learn to be quick and reliable when times were needed.
