Hi, I'm Kash! I'm a creative, nurturing, and personable caregiver who believes children deserve to feel safe, understood, and comfortable being themselves. I work as a Behavior Specialist in a school setting, supporting students with different communication, sensory, and behavioral needs. My experience includes helping students navigate big emotions, supporting daily routines, and using visual and communication tools to make their needs easier to express. I take time to understand each child and what helps them feel supported. I enjoy bringing creativity into our time together through arts and crafts, imaginative play, music, and activities built around children's interests. My approach combines patience, clear expectations, and room for kids to explore and have fun. I value open communication with families and want to learn about your child's routines, preferences, and personality so we can build a comfortable, trusting relationship.
