About Kashanna

Hi! My name is Kashanna, and I'm a caring, patient, friendly, and dependable 20-year-old who genuinely loves working with children. I have been a certified special education paraprofessional since 2024, working primarily with elementary school students and briefly with middle school students. This experience has taught me how to work with children with different personalities, learning styles, and individual needs while providing patience, encouragement, and support. I love keeping kids engaged through play, crafts, reading, outdoor activities, and helping with homework. I'm also happy to help with meals, routines, and tidying up after the children.
