Profesional, caring, and modern day Mary Poppins. She was ment to be in this profession children just seem drawn to her. At this point I don't think she has ever mentioned a child who doesn't seem to like her. Well trained in child development, childcare practices and developmentally appropriate practices. She's one of those rare people you meet that is more than just a childcare provider one that your child begins to view as family. She goes out of her way above and beyond expectations of what it means to care for a child and family. She takes time and energy to learn interests of what makes the child actually happy. She holds a special place in my heart as well as all four of my children's heart. I met her with my tiny premature baby who only weighed 4 pounds when she began her care. Doctors told me my baby would be delayed up into elementary school and the only way we could possibly play "catch up" is tummy time. Tummy time with a tiny baby who hates it was a struggle at home we did it but it wasn't fun, but some how my ba y didn't mind it as much with her. She was observed countless times laying with her on the floor playing games to make it a more enjoyable experience. As my child grew the games and exercises she provided did to. My child began meeting milestones and actually became advanced I truly believe it was because of her. The effort and research she did to make sure my child had everything she needed to grow. You ever love someone so much you made them family? I did at a year old I I formed her about her new role as God mom and it was a wrap from there. It takes a village to raise a child and she's the full package. My 4 year old forgot her father's day project at the daycare and she saw it while cleaning when she got off she drove it to my house to hand deliver so my baby wouldn't be empty handed come Sunday she called her a hero. My one year old considers her an extension of himself and he hates people won't even let grandma hold him most times just mom dad his Ms Kasey. The stories are endless of amazing things she's done with children. The world needs more nannies like her. I highly recommend.
