She became like a member of the family- we’re so lucky to have found her. In addition to being one of our favorite people, she has tons of qualities you want in someone watching your kids. She is safe and reliable. She’s always prompt, flexible, and willing to go above and beyond. She cares about my kids’ special interests and always makes note of changes in routine and needs. Additionally, as a parent of an autistic child with ADHD, it can be a rough experience trying to find caregivers whose ideals align with mine and that work really well with my kid. I found that in her- you can’t go wrong :)
