About Karrie

Hi, I'm Karrie!!! :D I've been working with kids for a little bit over 4 years, and I love it!! I have extensive experience and knowledge on children who are dealing with mental disorders or illnesses, neurodiverse/autisic kids, chronic illnesses, and physical or mental disabilities. From my studies, to kids I've worked with, and even myself. I am a very patient, genuine, and kind person, and use various methods and techniques that do not involve scare tactics at all. I am reassuring and while I am comforting and gentle in the way I care for children, I'm not completely carefree, and understand that bad behavior needs to be redirected and taught to be wrong. I promise I will do everything in my power to make your child feel safe, loved, and cherished. As a former gifted child, and former overachiever, I would also love to assist with any schoolwork/ homework/and I am also able to tutor! My areas of expertise are english/reading/writing, any of the -ology electives, and spanish!
