My family and I have known Karon for over 35 years.She is a very intelligence Individual and is one of the most compassionate people we know. Karon is aggressive and will do everything possible to help any one who needs the help she is able to give. She is blessed to have a husband who supports her 100%. Karon has the ability to think on her feet and figure out most anything, using her better judgement. She has no problem follow specific instructions, she prefers having these instructions in writing, so that she does not make any mistakes. I can say without reservation that she has our 100% confidence and if I were an employer seeking competent, hard working employ. I would be happy to hire Karon, knowing that she would be one I would not have to micromanage but could tell her one time and leave her to accomplish the task set before her.
