We went back and forth on Care.com and then via text to confirm an in-person interview, after outlining the detailed job requirements in great detail on Care.com, we went back and forth on both this site and text to confirm an in-person interview. She never showed up - never contacted to cancel, apologize, or explain why she completely missed the appointment. Not reliable at all for a job that requires watching kids
