About Karolina

Hi! My name is Karolina, and I received a PhD in History from Yale University in May 2024. :) I have experience teaching undergraduate courses in history, which focus on cultivating students' research and writing, critical thinking and analytical skills. I also have experience tutoring middle school and high school students, particularly those for whom English is not the first language. Helping students with Honors and AP classes is where I excel, but I have experience helping younger students with less demanding coursework as well. Here is a list of subjects I tutor: *History (European & US) *English Language & Composition *Writing *Math (elementary & middle school level) I have spent most of my life in academia and applied to numerous universities and programs. I have much experience navigating and writing applications for undergraduate and graduate programs, and I am happy to help students in this capacity as well.
