Hi! My name is Karmen, and I'm a caring, responsible, and experienced childcare provider with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from North Carolina A&T State University. I currently work in education and have hands-on classroom experience teaching and supporting young children in both academic and social-emotional development. I love creating a safe, fun, and structured environment where children can learn, play, and feel supported. With my background as a teacher, I'm confident in helping with homework, planning engaging activities, and supporting routines like meals, bedtime, and after-school care. I'm patient, dependable, and passionate about helping children grow and thrive. I'm also comfortable caring for multiple children and adapting to each family's needs and parenting style.
