About Karmen

With over a year of experience as a caregiver, I'm confident in my ability to provide reliable childcare for families. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I love playing outdoor sports and educational games with children. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise. I believe in open and honest communication to build strong relationships with the families I work with. I have some college education and have completed coursework in Early Child Development and Early Childhood Education (ECE). I'm also certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I also have my own very sweet 4-year-old girl that loves to play, do crafts, and wants to know and learn everything. We take lots of trips to museums, parks, zoos and beach. I make sure I stay in school for child development so I can teach her everything she needs and wants to know. She is number one to me so I know how important your children are to you!
