About Karlie

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, nurturing, and driven. I like working with kids because I like their innocence and honesty, which keeps me on my toes. I started working with kids since an early age. I was a camp counselor for many summers watching groups of 13 girls at a time with the help of two other people. Additionally, I babysat / nannied throughout high school for families with children of all ages. In my spare time, I like to workout, spend time with friends and family, and explore places I haven't been. My skills include creativity, cooking, and patience.
