Ms. Karlie has been with my family(one three year old boy) for a year. We had to apart since we were moving to different states. I hired many nannies in my life and Ms. Karlie has been by far the best one. She is very caring, calm but energetic for a playtime(she has a theater background), most attentive, punctual, flexible, reliable, respectful, organized and has a very strong moral. I can be a very demanding mom and she excelled in every aspect in taking care of my family. She was not only a nanny but a COO - Chief Operating Officer. She cleaned, ran laundry, ran errands and cooked excellent meals! To me, she was my right hand person and to my son, she was his best friend. She has impressed all my family members including my mom and dad. The only downside of hiring her would be that once she leaves you'll have hard time finding someone else to replace her!
