About Karley

Karley - a CPR-certified caregiver with over 7 years of professional experience working with children of all ages and abilities. I currently work as a Head Manager, where I've spent the last 4 years supporting kids in a safe, structured, and fun environment. I continue to work there in the afternoons. Before that, I worked for 3 years in early childhood special education and preschool settings, giving me hands-on experience with developmental milestones, routines, and individualized care. I'm patient, attentive, and very comfortable managing multiple children while keeping things calm and organized. I'm also a mom and would be bringing my baby with me. I understand that this is an important consideration for families, and I'm happy to discuss how I ensure every child receives attentive, quality care. Being a parent myself has only strengthened my nurturing instincts and awareness of children's needs.
