About Karleen

Hi, I'm Karleen! I have a background in Psychology and Social Work and over 10 years of experience working with children and teenagers. As the eldest daughter in my family and having grown up in a military family, I understand the importance of creating a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for children. I have experience working with children of all ages and abilities, including nonverbal autism, and have also supported international children who came to the U. S. for their studies. Families I've supported often share that I bring a calm, comforting presence. I believe in meeting each child where they are, respecting their individual needs, and providing the same care and values you uphold at home. I'm CPR certified, patient, nurturing, and open to babysitting, nannying, and other childcare opportunities!
