About Karlee

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I am dedicated to making a positive impact on your family's daily life. With two years of experience, I provide reliable, creative care for children aged four and up. My approach is friendly and approachable, ensuring your children feel supported and engaged. I hold CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications, and my Early Child Development Coursework informs my daily interactions. I enjoy leading outdoor sports, challenging children with board games, and facilitating educational activities. Since I am a skilled swimmer, I am happy to provide swimming supervision during outings. I am comfortable enforcing your household rules and follow your preferred communication method for daily updates. Whether we are working on crafts or traveling together, I prioritize your children's needs. I look forward to the opportunity to become a trusted partner in your family's journey.
