About Karla

Hello I am 26 and have 9 yrs of childcare experience. I have a baby girl and 3 dogs of my own, speak fluent English and Spanish, and I currently attend Chaffey college pursuing an interior design certificate. Im looking to help aid families with either long or short term solutions to their child care needs. I'd describe my personality as creative, patient, and outgoing. In my spare time I like to take walks with my baby and dogs, sew, craft, and spend time with family and friends. I like working with kids because they help me slow down and appreciate things I otherwise might not have from my own point of view. I started working with kids in 2015. Since then I have worked with 4 other families with a variety of age ranges. My skills include being able to avidly communicate with children regarding their needs and wants. Adept with a problem solving mentality when complications arise. And prior experience with children of different ages, backgrounds, and personalities.
