About Karla

Hello, my name is Karla. I've worked with kids since I was 14. I worked at a daycare for a year and took care of ages ranging from 6-week-olds to 6-year-olds. I have worked with Care. com for the past 6 years with previous jobs ranging from tasks like drop off and pick up from school or sports, traveling with the family, and helping out with date nights. I love being able to take the kids out to the park, library activities, and anything that gets them out of the house. I enjoy finding activities around town to take them to, I believe socialization is very important at any age. I have experience taking care of infants up to teenagers. I am also bilingual, I speak English and Spanish fluently. I graduated with a bachelors in child psychology. I have a dog and 2 cats so I am very comfortable with animals as well. I am CPR certified with Pediatric First Aid. I am also fully vaccinated.
