About Karla

Karla was with our family for almost three years, from before our son was born until he was almost three years old. She also cared for our two year old daughter. The only reason Karla isn't still with us is because both of our kids are now in full-time daycare. If our childcare needs hadn't changed, she'd absolutely still be with our family. From day one, Karla cared for our children like they were her own. She became so much more than our nanny—she became part of our family. Our kids absolutely adore her, and we trust her completely. Karla is incredibly caring, dependable, organized, and hardworking. She takes a lot of pride in what she does and has an amazing work ethic. One of the things I appreciated most was how much ownership she took. She never waited to be asked what needed to be done, she just noticed and took care of it. Whether it was grocery shopping, meal prep, laundry, organizing the kids' clothes and toys, keeping the house stocked with essentials, or making sure everything was ready for the week, she made our lives so much easier. Another thing we really appreciated was that Karla spoke both English and Spanish with our children every day. They picked up so much Spanish naturally, and we're really grateful they had that experience from such a young age. Karla was also amazing at keeping the kids active and engaged. Our son was always out doing something fun, such as story time at the library, parks, music classes, playgrounds, walks, and new activities almost every day. She put so much thought into giving the kids new experiences, and they loved every minute of it. More than anything, Karla genuinely loved our children, and they loved her right back. As working parents, there is nothing more important than knowing your children are safe, happy, and deeply cared for. We always had complete peace of mind knowing they were with Karla. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her. She had such a positive impact on our family, and we're so grateful for the love, care, and dedication she gave our children over the past three years. I can't recommend her highly enough.
