About Karla

Hi families! My name is Karla, and I'm a Richmond native with over 5 years of childcare experience. I'm fluent in English and Spanish, and childcare has always been something I've really enjoyed. I would like to say I'm patient, nurturing, and easygoing. I love getting to know the kids I care for and involving their interests in the activities we do, whether that's arts & crafts, going outside, reading, baking, or just being creative together! I'm also a flexible and go-with-the-flow babysitter. Every family and child is different, so I'm happy to adjust to your routines, parenting style, and what works best in your home. I'm currently going back to school and would love to find a family whose needs work well with my class schedule. I'm hoping to build a consistent, trusting relationship with a family I can grow with!
