I know it's so hard to find someone that you can depend on and trust with your littles. I'm a professional nanny and LOVE my job! I am a looking for my next long-term unicorn family. I am an active person and I believe in getting on the floor to play with your little ones. I like to take walks, go to parks, read, swim, bake and play games. I encourage independent play, crafting, and love to be outside. Your little's won't miss tv or iPad when I'm on the clock! I am comfortable making baby purée, baby food, bottles, giving medication, changing diapers, giving baths, tummy time and potty training. I use sign language for infants-2-year-olds (that aren't verbal yet) to help them communicate. I am looking for FT 35-40 hours per week. My favorite ages are newborn-3-year-olds. You can expect a daily summary, with pictures, of what we did during the day. Hope to hear from you.

Karla is an exceptional nanny and anyone would be extremely lucky to hire her. She has worked for us for nearly 2 years. Karla has a genuine love of kids and has so much patience and warmth. She is especially great with very young kids. Our daughter had just turned 1 when she began working with us, and in just a few weeks we had learned so much from her on how to communicate with our daughter! She has a knack for understanding the needs of babies/toddlers. She even taught our daughter a few sign language symbols that worked really well. For our older son, who was just turning 4, she is willing to play games, read books, be silly and active. She is always focused and engaged when she's working. Our kids love her. Another wonderful quality about Karla is her professionalism. She is always on time, very communicative and respectful of our requests. She will actively ask for insight on our preferences.
