Hi there! I am a University of California, Davis Graduate who is a former tutor, reading K-8 interventionist, and former K-3 sped teacher. I have a 1-year-old son and have made the decision to stay home this school year and help any parents in need of child care (from my home) I enjoy working with kids ages 1-8 and have worked with children grades K-8. Additionally, I have experience working with children with special needs including: Autism, MOID, and other developmental delays. I will be available M-F from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and weekends (upon request). I will provide a structured daily routine, and offer morning breakfast (AM), afternoon lunch (PM), and PM snack. Karla has been working with our son on his math. For a change it is nice to hear him laughing when working on his math. It has always been a battle until I found Karla. Hope we can keep her for awhile she is great with him.
