Karla was the first (and only) person I interviewed in person. I do the hiring at my job and can read people very well. Once I met with Karla I knew she would do a great job and decided not to interview anyone else. She has done an even better job than I was expecting. I can say I am very happy with her work as well as dealing with her in general. My house is a vacation rental house and the scheduling can be tricky and last minute. She has been very flexible and accommodating in regards to that. I would highly recommend her. Randy
