Hi! I'm Karissa, an experienced and caring educator with both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Elementary Education. I have experience working with children from kindergarten through elementary school and have developed a strong understanding of child development, learning styles, and age-appropriate activities. As a teacher, I've built my career around creating safe, positive, and engaging environments where children can learn, grow, and feel confident. I'm patient, dependable, organized, and comfortable managing routines, helping with homework, planning activities, preparing children for school, and communicating closely with families. I would love the opportunity to bring my teaching experience into a nanny role and provide your family with reliable, nurturing, and educational childcare. I'm passionate about helping children thrive while also making sure they have plenty of opportunities to play, explore, and simply be kids!
