About Karissa

Hi! My name is Karissa, I was born and raised here in Colorado. I began working with children when I was 13, teaching ballet to ages 2-7yrs and babysitting my younger cousins on occasion. I nannied and was mother's helper for a family with 3 children in the summers during highschool! I absolutely love working with children of all ages, as they are still so full of energy and love for life. I believe they are our future and should be guided gently but firmly. Boundaries and consistency are important for young minds, and I will seek to maintain those which your family has set! I'm always open to trying new things, and big adventures to the zoo/pool are not out of my comfort zone! I look forward to getting to know you and your family!
