We interviewed Karisma in our home where she had the opportunity to interact with our infant son. It was immediately evident that she is comfortable with very young kids (under 1). She knew how to engage him and could speak to tactics/activities that would help him meet his milestones (rolling, sitting, etc). Would definitely recommend her.
