About Karisma

Hi families! My name is Karisma, and I'm a dedicated and compassionate childcare provider with a genuine love for working with children! I graduated from North Carolina A&T State University with a Bachelor's degree in Child Development and Family Studies and hold a Birth-Kindergarten teaching license. I currently work as a Lead NC Pre-K Teacher. I have experience working with different age groups and enjoy creating a positive, safe, and nurturing environment where every child feels loved, supported, and encouraged. I love planning fun activities, encouraging creativity, supporting developmental milestones, and making learning enjoyable through play! I'm patient, energetic, responsible, and understanding of how important it is for parents to feel comfortable and confident in their childcare provider. I hope to connect with a family where I can provide consistent care and build a meaningful, trusting relationship. I look forward to getting to know your family!
