About Karis

Hello, families! My name is Karis, and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration. I have been caring for children since I was 17 years old, when I began volunteering in my church's children's ministry, caring for children of different ages. In addition, I have 5-6 years of paid experience working with families as a caregiver, providing care for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children. I am patient, responsible, and dependable, and I truly enjoy creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun. My experience includes meal preparation, school pick-ups and drop-offs, bedtime routines, light housekeeping related to the children, assisting with homework, and planning fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, CPR certified, and dedicated to providing compassionate, reliable, and high-quality childcare.
