We absolutely love Karisa and would not have parted ways if it wasn't for a move. She took care of our son starting at age 1 and when our daughter came along she started caring for her from infancy. She is great at creating age appropriate learning activities, crafts/painting, and emotional development; helping kids regulate emotions and use words to express how they feel. Karisa is super experienced, responsible, extremely reliable, caring (but tough, when required) and incredibly creative. She has excellent communication with parents during the day and also did many things to help our household such as kids laundry and dishes. However, above all, she loves her job and has a real passion for positively developing youth!! We will miss her and her spirit in our house everyday...
