About Kari

I am an artist and have been providing child care for 10 years. I recently finished a long term nanny position with a family in Knoxville that I had beefed with for 4 years full time, as the youngest kid started all-day school. I am hoping to begin teaching art classes again, and find some families who need childcare. I love ages 0-6, but am able to watch any age! An ideal position would be part-time, regular hours. I graduated with a BFA in 2011, and have been providing childcare either part or full time since. I have also been involved in a lot of art programming working with youth. With kids I do a lot of Montessori structure around the house, regular trips to library story time, A LOT of crafts, and age appropriate activities. I love the early childhood age, and would be happy to provide references and talk more!
