We hired Karin as our full time nanny 6 months ago for our then 6month old baby. We couldn't be happier with the care and love Karin has provided our daughter. She is reliable (always early) and flexible with scheduling (e.g., willing and able to stay later when things crop up last minute). She has done a lot to help around the house, and is always keen to get out and about with our baby, e.g., to local parks, play areas, story time, etc. She has been proactive about organizing play dates. Although she has a wealth of experience, she is always willing and open to listen to our preferences, but is comfortable pushing us when the time is right (we can be overly cautious first time parents). When our daughter is sleeping, she is quick to cook us dinner or help with our cleaning. Overall, we are very happy with Karin and the impact she has had on our family.
