Karine is the best nanny we've ever had. She started watching our son when he was 3 weeks old and I trusted her more than anyone else to watch him. She was only looking for short-term work at the time (3 months) because she works full-time for someone else who was out of town for those 3 months, but I would have hired full-time in a heartbeat if I could have. She goes above and beyond and is extremely flexible. She showed so much love to our son and he is always so calm and happy when she is around. She also helps with everything around our house and makes our lives so easy: she does the laundry, cleans the kitchen, breaks down boxes, takes the trash out, etc. and we never have to ask her to do these things -- she just proactively jumps in to help. She's also very flexible and willing to work date nights, weekends, long days, etc. If she's unable to work a date night or weekend for some reason, she'll even help find you another nanny in her network for backup. I truly can't recommend Karine enough. Any family is beyond lucky to have her!
