About Karine

I am a certified and fully insured End of Life Doula and companion who provides non-medical assistance to clients, families and caregivers with home management, emotional support and other supportive tasks related to terminal illness and end of life. I am compassionate, reliable, a hospice volunteer, and a member of the National End of Life Alliance (NEDA) and the National Home Funeral Alliance (NHFA). I am bilingual in French and English, with a basic proficiency in Italian and Spanish. My services include -but are not limited to- errands, meal preparation, medical appointments, liaison between the family and the medical team, energy worker (similar to reiki), pet care, organization of important documents, assistance understanding documents such as health care proxy, DNR, DNI, Five Wishes and MOLST, life legacy projects, bedside support, end of life planning, vigil planning, and bereavement support. I truly enjoy working with people of all ages, identities, faiths, and backgrounds.
