I love my work! My mission as a childcare provider is to create an environment for exploration and growth. Encouraging a lifelong love for learning. I enjoy using Montessori methods and nature play towards that goal. Due to my experience with special needs and working alongside Early Education therapists, I have plenty of experience keeping communication open with parents. And can act as a liaison between parents and other care providers as needed. I am truly passionate about equipping a child to thrive. I just love every part of the job. Karina did not fit what we needed, as we have extended circumstances but I wanted to say she is well spoken and very kind. Anyone would be lucky to have her and I wish we could've moved forward. Due to our situation, we could not.
