About Karina

Hello, I'm Karina! I'm currently in graduate school at FSU in the Family and Child Sciences program where my current area of interest is in infant/toddler socioemotional development. I received my bachelor's in psychology and minored in neuroscience at Texas A&M University. I'm hoping to use my education to create parenting programs and workshops for parents to learn to promote healthy emotional development in their children. I've babysat ages ranging from 2 months to 12 years for about 8 years. I am also bilingual, speaking English and Spanish fluently. I pride myself on my dedication to encourage socioemotional development by following the child's needs and providing support, love, and affection. I am also a big fan of Montessori education!
