About Karina

I've been caregiving for nearly 10 years and have worked with children of many ages and needs, including summer camps, one-on-one mentorship, and supporting young adults on the autism spectrum. My goal is always to help children feel confident, supported, and capable as they grow. I place a strong emphasis on creativity, independence, and healthy emotional regulation. I believe kids do best when they feel understood and encouraged to express themselves in their own way. I love incorporating arts and crafts, hands-on projects, and outdoor activities into our time together, keeping things both engaging and grounding. Above all, I genuinely care about the children and families I work with and aim to create a calm, positive, and supportive environment where kids can thrive.
