Karina was my daughter's nanny from age 4 months to 3 years. Since then, she has taken care of my kid on an ad hoc basis. She is loving, nurturing, and attentive. My daughter always looks forward to seeing her. She provides enriching experiences - reading; art projects; trips to the library, play places, museums; play dates; etc. She is very communicative. She keeps us updated and sends us pictures throughout the day. She is a great cook and would cook food for my husband and I too. She gets my kid to eat many new foods. She has been great through the pandemic. We have had discussions re risks, testing, etc. and came to a place where we were comfortable with one another. Importantly, she is knowledgeable about child-rearing and development. She let us know what milestones were coming up and what she planned to do to help facilitate them. I was admittedly busy with work when my child was very young. If it wasn't for her, my child may not have timely hit her milestones.
