About Kari

Hello! My name is Kari, and I am a senior caregiver who lives in Highlands Ranch. I have two young adult children, formerly worked in an executive position in the non-profit/government sectors, and am looking to provide kind, reliable, and trustworthy care to the right client and family. I enjoy building relationships and bringing peace of mind to those I care for. I live with my 80-year-old parents, one of whom has Alzheimer's. I have always enjoyed working with those in need, specifically disabled individuals, juveniles in the justice system, and seniors. I did policy change work for almost 20 years and traveled the country and the world to improve the juvenile justice and child welfare systems. I got burned out on board rooms, airplanes, suits, and meetings, and discovered a love for caregiving. I currently work for a local caregiving company and one private client. I am considering leaving the company and working with a handful of private, consistent clients.
