Soon after she started, she asked to change her hours to start later in the day. I accommodated her, but then she continued to show up 10 minutes late to each shift. When I brought this up, she couldn’t commit to showing up to work on time. She never provided me with up to date certifications for cpr. She was good with my son but spent most of her down time sitting on the couch. Always had earphones in during shifts. Doesn’t follow agreements upon hiring. Not who she presents herself as.
