About Kariann

I'd describe my personality as fun-loving, active and organized. I like working with kids because it allows me to feel like a kid again! There's truly nothing I love more than running around and making memories with littles! I started working with kids when I was 12, watching the 4 kids across the street! That grew my passion for working with kids and I have done it ever since! In my spare time, I like to workout, hangout with friends and family, bake and explore new places! One thing you should know about me is I absolutely love working with families who allow me to be a part of theirs. I think it is so important that kids feel like I am not only their nanny or babysitting but someone they can call a friend and someone they know will be there for them. My skills include patience, leadership and interpersonal skills.
