About Karessa

Hi I am looking for opportunities for winter break, spring break and summer break. Please reach out if I can assist at this point with your family. My name is Karessa. I am a trained clinical social worker and I live in Oakland, CA. A little bit about what I am looking for: I am currently open to provide some one-time care for families. I want to partner with you to provide great care. I like healthy communication and respect of boundaries. A little bit about my childcare experiences: My previous work experiences have been in youth development as a mentor, tutor, teacher, and workshop facilitator in schools. I have no problem tutoring your children if this is something that will be a need. In the past, I worked in a therapeutic pre-school setting and also did play therapy in a clinic with children 2-6 years old. I often spent time reading, creating fun crafts and projects, and being outdoors with the children. A fun fact about me is speak Spanish!
