Hello, My name is Karen. I have over 12 years of experience working with children of various ages. From premature newborn twins to pre-teens. I started my career at a daycare and after a couple of years, I started working with private families. When at work I take care of everything child-related from laundry to food preparation. The education style I personally prefer is the Montessori style. Because every child is different it's important that they guide their own learning experience. I love doing crafts and organizing activities for the different stages of the child's life. I am fluent in both Spanish and English. I have a car and a clean driving record. I am CPR and First Aid certified, I always make safety a priority. I believe in educating children with the freedom to explore but always within a safe environment. Encourage independence within a social structure. I have an American passport and I am available for international travel.

You could not hire a better caretaker for your children than Karen. She's been with us since our son was about four months old and we have loved having her as part of our family unit. Karen is trustworthy, always on time, communicative, and proactive when it comes to taking care of those under her watch. She's a fantastic cook, took our son on fun outings every day, sent us lots of great photos and videos, and has been a vital part of his childhood. We trust Karen fully with our child and our home, which we consider the ultimate endorsement, and are profoundly grateful that she came into our lives. We cannot recommend Karen highly enough!
