I take pride in my job. I love watching children grow and thrive in helping them do so. I love playing on the floor, getting dirty and digging in the sand and I also love playing dress up and reading stories. I love crawling on the floor with the younger ones, watching them learn how to pick up toys and sit up and even take their first steps. I enjoy everything about my job and take it very seriously. Keeping them safe and letting them expand their mind one book, tea party, or pirate ship/ninja attack at a time. I have worked as a nanny, a babysitter, and even as an assistant at home childcare facilities. I have been working with children for over 10 years. I have watched as few as one child to as many as 4 at a time as a nanny, and as few as 4 and to as many as 14 as a daycare assistant. I have previously been CPR & First Aid certified and am willing to get recertified if necessary. I am also more than willing to have any kind of background checks done.

Karen was our absolute perfect nanny. In 2008 I had my second son and decided I needed some help. That is when Karen came to the rescue. She started as just helping part time with the boys to becoming our full time nanny and very favorite person to have around. The boys never wanted her to leave. Karen always did activities with the boys and when the months and years progressed so did her duties. She always stayed on top of getting the boys into activities such as Gymboree and Swim. With every milestone we had, Karen was there, helping guide them through it. We got pictures and videos everyday of our boys and never worried when she was with them, We have grown very attached to her, and even though we have moved out of town, we still have her come in occasionally for a date night. We moved at the end of 2011 and wish we could have taken her with us, but unfortunately we couldn't. I can honestly say we couldn't have asked for a better nanny for our boys.
