Fantastic. We had Karen take care of our 4 month old girl full-time for 2 weeks while I worked from home. I felt comfortable and safe with Karen right off the bat. She's a warm and caring presence, was proactive about finding creative ways to engage our little one with very little direction. She also went on multiple daily walks with her and was able to get in her naps when we were having trouble with that ourselves. After only 2 weeks she really felt like family. Would hire and plan on hiring her again in a heartbeat.
